Die Kleerband®-Flanschschutzvorrichtungen bestehen zu 100 % aus einer Vinylmischung, die es ermöglicht, die Flanschoberfläche visuell zu inspizieren, ohne den Flanschschutz entfernen zu müssen. Das für die Herstellung dieser Verbindung verwendete Polyvinylchloridharz sowie alle Weichmacher und anderen Inhaltsstoffe wurden gemäß den FDA-Vorschriften zugelassen.

Glasanlagen
Hochtemperatur-Flanschschutzvorrichtungen bestehen aus einem 22-Gauge-Band aus hochwertigem Edelstahl 304 oder 316, einem Schneckengetriebeband ebenfalls aus Edelstahl und sind mit einem Schmieranschluss ausgestattet. Diese exklusiven Schutzvorrichtungen bieten eine zuverlässige Entlastungsentlüftung und einen Verschlussstopfen, um die vollständige Sicherheit des Flansches zu gewährleisten. Die Dichtung besteht aus geschlossenzelligem Neopren, was eine effektive Abdichtung gewährleistet. Die Flanschschutzvorrichtungen werden gemäß den DIN EN 1092 sowie ANSI B16.5 Spezifikationen in Größen bis zu DN600 (24″) hergestellt. |
