Flange Isolating Gaskets and Kits

Flanges, a common source of issues, must be properly sealed to prevent leakage and cathodically isolated to protect against stray currents, which can lead to unwanted corrosion and eventual metal breakdown.

Standard isolating gaskets and flange isolating kits

Trojan and Trojan II
Standard, cost-effective gaskets for reliable static flange sealing and electrical isolation, suitable for mismatched or misaligned flanges. Available in a variety of materials for both single and double sealing.
Complete flange isolating kits
Isolating kits designed to prevent leakage and ensure cathodic protection of flange materials. The kits include Trojan or Integra series isolating gaskets, along with a set of bolts, nuts, washers, and isolating sleeves.

Severe service
An advanced isolating gasket with high compression strength, designed for applications with extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
Integra II SSA®
Severe service and low turbulence
Designed for demanding isolation in harsh environments, particularly where hydrocarbons are present. The inner diameter is precision-machined to match the exact flange bore.
Integra SSAHS®
Corrosive gases and hydrocarbons
Engineered for aggressive chemicals such as hydrogen sulfide, dry and liquid chlorine, hydrocarbons, ammonia, and other gaseous mixtures.
Integra II SSAFS®
Fire safe
An isolating gasket designed to withstand the damaging effects of fire, ensuring zero leaks in high-sulfur crude oil or hydrogen sulfide fugitive emissions.
Integra SSAXT®
Extreme temperatures
A cathodic protection gasket designed for severe conditions, suitable for various chemicals, hydrocarbons, and gaseous mixtures.
Maximum operating temperature: +427 °C
Integra II SSAID®
Most aggressive media
Ideal for applications involving highly aggressive media, such as high-chloride environments, high-sulfur crude oil, H2S gas fugitive emissions, and other corrosive substances.

Absolute zero
Cryogenic gaskets for ultra-low temperatures, designed for applications requiring superior performance in liquefied gases.
